ANIMATION

In this project we examined a self-chosen song and portrayed it visually in an animation. Youandewan‘s atmospheric „1988“ appealed to us because of its „complex subtlety“. Our first approach on this project was to distinguish and split all elements of the song into its components, and visually characterize them. The basic idea was to imagine an abstract galaxy. An additional task to the animation was to design a poster for a fictional event of the artist.
